GENERAL INFO FOR THE EXHIBITORS

The exhibition area develops at Lower, 1° and 2°Floor.

Lower Floor only possible way to enter for all partecipants to the Congress, as well as the location of the Secretary desk for registration,

First Floor the Plenary Hall, the Slide Center and a Bar for the partecipants.

Second Floor Exhibition area, Workshops Rooms

All coffee-breaks, and lunches will take place in the Lower and 2°Floor. All technical information can be found downloading the Exhibitors Guide which states the rules related to timing, costs of the areas and documents to be sent.
Once you choose the position, please send us ASAP the following documents:

• Application Form to be filled in with the company name and signed by the legal representative of the company

• Insurance Acceptance 

• Exhibitor Logo in vector format (.eps, .svg, .ai, .pdf) – resolution 300 dpi in CMYK
